Definitions
Booking Assistance
The service of helping customers find, compare, and reserve flight options through our ARC-accredited platform with transparent pricing and 24/7 support.
Travel Supplier
Airlines, consolidators, and other third-party providers that supply flight inventory and travel services to consumers.
Confirmation
The final booking confirmation provided after payment is processed and the reservation is secured with the airline, including your unique record locator.
Service Fee
The transparent fee charged by Easeofly for booking assistance, customer support, and ARC-accredited services. Always disclosed before booking.

Airlines Reporting Corporation - the organization that accredits travel agencies and processes airline ticket sales. Our ARC# is 10602756.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:

- You accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- You understand that airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the issuing carrier
- You will provide valid identification matching your booking details when traveling
Bookings involving minors require that the person making the reservation is the parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied minor travel has additional requirements. Contact us for guidance.

Once payment is processed, we issue your ticket through ARC systems and email your confirmation with itinerary and airline record locator within minutes.
Please verify all passenger names and travel details on your confirmation immediately. Contact us right away if you spot any errors, as airline change fees may apply after ticketing.
Transparent Pricing
At Easeofly, we believe in complete transparency. All prices displayed include the base fare plus applicable taxes, fees, and carrier-imposed charges unless otherwise noted. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Service Fees
Our transparent service fee covers booking assistance, 24/7 support, and ARC-accredited services. It's clearly displayed before you confirm your booking and is non-refundable once the booking is complete.
Currency
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees for international transactions.
Payment Methods

Price Guarantee

Baggage Policies
Baggage allowances and fees are set by the airline operating your flight. Policies vary between airlines, routes, and fare classes. We provide this information to help you prepare.

- Carry-on size and weight restrictions vary by airline and aircraft type - check before flying
- Excess baggage fees are charged directly by airlines at check-in

- Low-cost carriers often have stricter policies and higher airport fees
Easeofly is not responsible for baggage fees charged by airlines at the airport. Always verify your airline's current baggage policy before departure, as policies can change.
Travel Documents
As a traveler, you are responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documents. We provide guidance, but final verification is your responsibility.

Third-Party Suppliers
Easeofly acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers including airlines, consolidators, and other service providers. We don't operate flights or control airline operations.
- Airlines are solely responsible for flight operations, schedules, and onboard services
- Each supplier has its own terms that apply to your booking
- We are not liable for supplier actions, errors, omissions, or failures
- Supplier policies regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds apply
- Schedule changes, cancellations, and delays are handled by airlines under their conditions of carriage
- We help communicate with suppliers but cannot control their decisions
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easeofly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
- Baggage loss, damage, or delay (handled by airlines under Montreal Convention)
- Denied boarding or flight rerouting
- Injuries, illnesses, or other travel-related incidents
- Errors in information provided by airlines or third parties
- Technical issues, website interruptions, or data breaches beyond our control
- Acts of God, weather events, or government restrictions
- Travel advisories or destination-specific issues
Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid for your specific booking. We are not liable for airline-imposed fees or ticket costs.
Prohibited Activities
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent our booking systems or security measures
- Use automated systems or bots to access our website
- Resell tickets obtained through our service without authorization
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services
- Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
- Use our services for speculative bookings or fare abuse
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Intellectual Property
